Leadership

As President of Kalapu Halafo'ou, I am honored to continue the legacy established by The Captain and Johnny Mountain, whose dedication to service, mentorship, and community helped shape countless lives.

We also recognize and honor the many brothers who have passed before us, including Ice Mone, Freaky, and others whose leadership, friendship, and commitment to serving others helped pave the way for future generations. Their example reminds us what it means to be true waymakers—creating opportunities, offering guidance, and helping others find their path.

Our vision is to build upon this legacy by empowering youth, strengthening families, and serving our community through mentorship, cultural pride, education, and outreach. Together, we remain committed to creating positive opportunities and making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
